WINNING IDEA
I choose this solution based on my results from my survey and Marshall Jones' Q&A. My survey results showed me that students and teachers both agree that putting them on teams together is the best idea because it would help heal the bond between them. During Marshall Jones' Q&A I asked him what he would suggest to minorities to never give up and he told me to "do something that you love." As long as you are doing something that you something that you love you will push past any obstacle in your way.

Creating a club where minorities would be allowed to openly discuss with peers about struggles and how to overcome them.
