STEM High School staff needs a way to support their minority students because I learned that this kind of support is essential to success.

What I Learned

There are male figures available to talk to the students but they aren’t someone that the students want to talk to.

Having role models are critical in future development in children.

It’s an array of different ways males need help: academically, athletically, and future planning.
